AFTER a year for which the Bell Shakespeare Company expects to post a $400,000 loss, its worst in a decade, the company yesterday launched a crowd-pleasing 2006 season including Romeo and Juliet, The Tempest and The Merchant of Venice for the regional program, and a tour of The Comedy of Errors to Britain.
